A paved road will take you to the Ruby Crest Trailhead. From there a beautiful hike will bring you past Dollar Lakes and Lamoille Lake to Liberty Pass. A short hike further will bring you to Liberty Lake. Lamoille and Liberty are 2 beautiful gems hidden high in the Ruby Mountains. The trailhead starts at an elevation of 8,850 ft and pass is over 10,000 ft. Not recommended when there is snow on the ground.
