Should be a muggle free area with parking nearby. Not on private property but in "No Man's Land" between homes and businesses. Can be found with out close clue, but is more difficult. President Cleveland will be waiting for FTF, STF, and TTF. Please replace EVERYTHING back as found. BYOP. Good luck and Cache on!
