Geocache Description:


Since the cache that was here was archived I figured this spot needs another just because of the view. Just up the street in the back yard of the first home you come to, was the former site of the The Penn Incline, 1938 -1953. It was a 20-ton coal freight car, which also transported people.
You are looking for a green pop bottle top cache with a write in the rain log. You must sign the log to get the smiley. Since it has a write in the rain log, there is no need for wet cache reports. Please use stealth since their our a lot of eyes that could be watching you. Don't get the cache muggled. Please return it to it's spot the way it was found. The coordinates should be dead on, so you don't need to go into anybody's yard. The cache is placed with in 5 ft of the street.
