Geocache Description:

A smaller ammo can cache located along the Barbara Whipple Trail. To access the cache please stay on the trails and beware of muggles!

This is another cache along the popular Barbara Whipple Trail. This particular section of trail, I had a hand in creating years ago and is now part of a very popular loop trail. To get to the cache the shortest and fastest way, you can start from the River Park at the end of Main Street and hike up to it. Just as you start up the trail it forks, go left, it's a bit steep and can be intimidating but do not worry take your time if your not used to the terrain, but it is only steep for a short distance. Or you can drive along County Rd 301 and park in the parking area above it and follow the trail down however this way is longer for those that may be in a hurry. Most importantly please use the trails to access the cache and refrain from taking short cuts. I do not have a lot in the cache other than a few fossils for the kids (big and small) and a couple other things, so feel free to add to it!

Enjoy the hike!!

Congrats bike2caches for the FTF!!!
