This old sign that looks like an arrow has been in Chaffee for many years. Old tales warn against venturing to where it points. The old building used to be a hospital and some suspect wandering spirits of deceased patients, perhaps of botched diagnosis. Park by the arrow at the coordinates given. Stand with your back to the arrow directly in line with it. Shoot a bearing of 338 degrees and follow that for roughly 105 steps. You are heading for The Big Leafy Thingie. It is rumored a cockroach was lynched here. From here it is up to you to find the cache while keeping an eye on the abandoned Old Hospital. Park only where designated this will keep you far away from the building itself.
