It saddens me to see this type of construction waste dumped here, there and everywhere around Port Elizabeth. It not only kills vegetation, but also becomes an eyesore.
Clearly removal there of is not in the plans, if so...lets's see how long it takes.
The cache must please be replaced where found for the next person to discover - be safe and HAPPY caching ;-)
