Travel to Mt Scott is on station tracks and is only suitable for 4wd vehicles. The location can be reached by walking for 2.5 hours. A $25 fee is required to enter this area from Mt Ive Station. The fee will also entitle you to look at some other natural attractions in the vicinity. The Managers of Mt Ive station have given permission for the cache placement and can provide a mud map to other local attractions.
