Land Pirate Captain Bucknell sailed this 'ere sea you see before ye 500 years ago.
Captain Bucknell loved to brag about the treasures he'd captured on yonder sea but nobody ever saw any of it. He lived in a boat on this pool and would wander into the village pub every weekend telling stories of mermaids and sea monsters he'd seen, about beautiful island women who dressed in leaves and took care of his every whim. he never had a tan though hmm?
His most favourite treasure is buried in some local woods nearby and if you follow the simple trail (as he weren't too clever at hiding see) then you can find it easily, but just so his ghost (which haunts these very woods) doesn't know you've been please remember the golden rule of swapping something of equal value or else you might just get to see one of those very sea monsters he talked about try and gobble you up!
