Geocache Description:


Like the name suggests: you'll need to go up and look in to find this one.  In this case you're looking for a test strip container hanging around in a tree near the top of the hill. You could certainly be in plain sight when you go to grab this one, so stealth is suggested. At night it should be easy to avoid detection.  Please bring your own pen.
