Cache on CHESTNUT RIDGE!
You can not Not NOT get the cache from the turnpike... do not even think about it or you will be stoned. :P
Each time I drive down Chestnut Ridge I think it is so cool that you pass under the turnpike bridges several times with in a mile or so. The section where the cache is located is a very musical. There is a pull off on either side of the road. In fact while I passed by a garbage truck was parked taking a break. There is ample room to stop and get the cache. No houses to contend with either... just the music.
Enjoy the melody and different tones.
Cache is a quick park and grab. Easy day or night. Cache on.
