The TP2 series is along an old road that winds through the park at Cross Creek and it ends at the dam that forms the lake. All caches in this series are within 20 feet of the road so little to no bushwhacking is required. With that said, the road often has a sharp drop to one side and a steep hill on the other as it winds its way towards the dam. Neither the incline nor the drops are large but they are steep and can make the terrain a little challenging as you step just off the road for the search.
I like trails that bring you into the woods and at the same time allows you to pass without disrupting nature by having to bushwhack through. If you love to fish, bring a pole and some bait so that you can enjoy what the dam has to offer. Except during hunting season, I see very few people walk this road so you can enjoy your searches without the prying eyes of wandering muggles. With that said, during hunting season be sure to wear the appropriate level of orange
TP2 – Between the Trees is a Tupperware container hidden in a normal location for these types of hides.
