Park your bike and grab along the Cannon Valley Trail.
Eremikophobia is the fear of sand. This part of the trail is subject to land slides. Notice all the sand, gravel and rocks. Do not try to climb up the landslide. That could cause another one. Do not dig a cave or tunnel into the sand. That could cause a cave in. Those are rational fears. However fear of walking barefoot on the beach or running your hands through a pile a sand are not rational. Those are symptoms of eremikophobia. Getting the logbook out of the container might be the first step in helping a eremikophobiac to cope.
