Geocache Description:

This is a square Tupperware with a log book, pen and lots of goodies inside. It is an easy find and fun for every one to find. Don't forget to sign the book and take and leave a fun trade item for the next catchers to find. Please re-hide the same or better then how it is found. 

Enjoy your stay at Mongaup, even if it is only for the day. It is one of our favorite places to camp  and spend time together hiking, camping and caching!  

 

While camping at Mongaup Pond, my family saw at least one deer in this area. At one point we saw a mom and two babies eating in the field. We thought what a perfect spot for a fun cache.  With the rock quarry in the back, it is a perfect place for a hide, and the view of the wild life eating in the fields and drinking in the stream are amazing.
