This cache is at the posted coordinates so no puzzle to solve. There is a field puzzle in that the log sheet is inside a Cryptex tube. You will need the code word to open it, and there are hints in the ammo box.
The Boat Ramp at this location is free and open to the public. There is a very nice and unobstructed view of the Mississippi River here so bring your lunch, stay awhile and enjoy yourself. Meeman-Shelby Forest is a hunting reserve so check to see if a particular season is open. If a season is open you should wear appropriate clothing so you can be seen by hunters. To avoid deep woods hiking during hunting season, I placed the cache only about 200 feet off the parking area. The ammo can contains only the Cryptex tube and hints for the code word needed to open it. There is room for swag and bugs if you wish to drop any. The cache is chained to a tree to prevent it floating away in high water so please insure it is secure when you leave. The Park Manager was very nice to allow a geocache to be placed in the park so, as always, CITO.
