To claim this cache, simply log a minium of 50 caches with the word STAR in the title. You can simply do this by the nearby geoart! You can list the qualifying caches in your log, create a book mark, post a screen shot from GSAK or simply brag in your log you completed the nearby geoart to qualify. Of course, if you use the last option, you need to find and log at least 50 of the 51 caches in the geoart!
