Geocache Description:


The bent breather pipes of this water line on either side of the road are connected to a buried pipe that surrounds the water line from fence to fence, to protect it from heavy traffic on the road. The breather pipes allow moisture to escape from the protector pipe so that it will not rust out as fast.
