Chessie was my cat that passed away about 12 years ago. Chessie used to come up here and chase (and very often eat) whatever crossed his path here. My current pet, George (see archived cache George's Litterbox Cache) now comes up here to rule over his kingdom. Since Chessie was such the chaser, I figured I'd put a cache here to honor his chasing grounds.
The cache you seek is a small lock & lock. There is room in there for coins and small trackables. I have not included any to start, but there is room for some. Logbook is contained therein also. NO NIGHT CACHING!
Cache is hidden in Berkley Hills Cemetery, an old abandoned cemetery that needs a LOT of work done to it. The weeds are all growing up here, the cemetery is all but forgotten about. But here, some of the west hills' founding fathers are buried. The cemetery is small, but still used.
DO NOT park in the WJAC parking lot. Your car will be towed and Jim Burton may send it on a one way trip to 'oh Canada..." Parking coordinates are provided to put you into the cemetery as opposed to the lot. If you see any WJAC personnel, you are best to leave them be as they may torment you into giving interviews and being on the back drop for the weather forecast.
This is a quick park and grab that takes you to visit some of the West Hills' founding fathers' final resting places. Thanks for visiting!
