"This cache has been placed for the CARMH4 event. The cache should not be located prior to 7 PM, Friday, Aug. 16th. The caches for the CARMH4 event are released early so that the geocaching community has an opportunity to plan their routes prior to the event start."
The Name of the cache is from being too lazy to find a good hiding spot for this cache. So I just drove down a street and threw it out of the truck and it ended here. You're looking for a message in a bottle to sign. No need to leave hints or spoilers. You can see the cache from the road.
