The nearby section of Waverley Rd was originally known as Scotchman’s Creek Rd.
Scotchman's Creek formerly ran quite close to this location. Now, however it is deeply ensconced below the nearby freeway.
The playground here was opened in 1990.
During the early part of 2013 it was demolished and redeveloped.
It is an ideal spot for the geokids to amuse themselves.
Cache is not hidden in the playground.
