Geocache Description:

If you have a smart-phone or a Garmin Oregon, Nuvi500, or Colorado GPS unit then you can complete this adventurous and interactive tour of Glacier National Park!

Welcome to the second Wherigo cache in the state of Montana!

Enjoy a guided tour around Glacier National Park from BIlbo Baggins! Simply go to wherigo.com and create a free account then download the wherigo cartridge (file) to your computer from this link: http://www.wherigo.com/cartridge/details.aspx?CGUID=eb48b70a-31f0-40ee-9a19-b00ed37bd5a2 (copy preceding link and paste in your internet browser) Next plug your phone or gps unit in to your computer and transfer the wherigo to it. If you don't already have a wherigo player on your phone simply go to your app marketplace and download either Wherigo or WhereYouGo (both are free). I've tested the wherigo with Droid and iPhone and both work great. Most smartphones should work fine. Have fun!

Please note - The coordinates for this cache are only the starting location for the tour.
There is no cache at that location. You will learn the location of the physical cache at the end of the tour.

Come and experience Glacier's pristine forests, alpine meadows, rugged mountains, and spectacular lakes. With over 700 miles of trails, Glacier is a hiker's paradise for adventurous visitors seeking wilderness and solitude. Relive the days of old through historic chalets, lodges, transportation, and stories of Native Americans. Explore Glacier National Park and discover what awaits you.

Make sure to download the Wherigo cartridge for this cache first and then head to West Glacier for your own personal tour of GNP.

This tour is fairly wheelchair friendly, and the final should be accessible for most, but just in case I have rated this as a 1.5 terrain.
The tour will take you 1-2 hours to complete.
A smartphone or GPS (like a Colorado, Oregon or Nuvi500) is required to run the cartridge. See the Wherigo site or your phone's app marketplace for details.
