Everybody in Pasadena will ALWAYS remember the tragedy of the month of July in the year 2013 when Stoney Creek Bridge shut down for over a month. We will now always be eternally grateful for this bridge now. Okay so maybe we will all forget about it in a month or two and take it for granted again lol oh well sounded good.
We originally placed a simple cache n dash to celebrate the re-opening of the bridge and to help the August streakers stay afloat but a day later the guard rail was ripped out and a brand new one put in...apparently the agony isn't quite over! This Cache is NOT on the bridge but rather about 50' away from it on the Pasadena side. This is now a micro and could be a cache and dash for some but most will probably take a little time... no spoilers please!! Must be closed tightly to try and keep as much water out as possible, log is a rite in the rain so we shall see how long it lasts. YOU WILL DEFINITELY NEED TWEEZERS.p>
Park on the side of ft. smallwood at your own risk but I recommend parking on the side of Granada Rd which is just past the bridge on the Pasadena side.p> Sorry for the delay in the cache.
