Geocache Description:

A quick park and grab if you know what you are looking for. Could be evil for some and easy for others.

We live nearby and when we moved to this house we had a fair share of vehicular incidences at this location. I believe most were caused by drunk drivers not negotiating the jog in the road and either mowed down the mailbox or the adjacent power pole. This is a great memory of ours and the mailbox at this location has long gone and so has the vehicular incidents. I'm wondering now if the mailbox had some "magnetic" draw to the cars that made them hard to negotiate the jog in the road.

Just to be clear there is no mailbox at this site when you get there so don't be looking for one when you drive up or by this location. Also, this one is accessible or close by the sidewalk. No need to inspect anything farther than 3 feet from the sidewalk. That should narrow down the search area.

It is not at ground level and below eye level (for me I'm 6' tall). This is a sign only log. Bring your own pen for this one.
