Till Lill-Gräsken (eller "Lilla Gräskö", som är det officiella namnet på ön) kör inga reguljära båtar, även om de ibland stannar där för att förenkla för de boende. Liksom på Gräskö finns här permanentboende. Terrängfaktorn är hög eftersom det är en ö, men väl där krävs ingen speciell utrustning. Man får inte lägga till vid någon av bryggorna eller överhuvudtaget på "Gräskö-sidan" (sydsidan). Cachen är placerad på nordsidan, dit tomterna inte sträcker sig.

There is no public transport to Lill-Gräsken (officially "Lilla Gräskö"), although the ferries sometimes stop here to facilitate for the inhabitants. Just as on Gräskö, some live here all year. The terrain grade is high since this is an island, but once there, no gear is needed to retrieve the cache. Mooring at the jetties or anywhere on the "Gräskö side", i.e. the south side of the island) is not allowed. The cache is located on the north side, where public access is allowed.
