Old Home of Jud&Mazie Knighten. Oldest ranch on ChurnCreek with 120yo walnut trees. My parents bought the ranch in 1989 from Jud. Jud divided the ranch many times 'til 8 acres was all he could take care of. My parents lived in front 1882 house, while Dad built the big house.
When Dad went to trim the huge fig trees in back after they bought it, he found hidden inside 1 fig tree growth, 7 old rusty Corvairs! The 1929 barn was originally an illegal cock-fighting arena. Dad removed the inner Betting tables, but the rooster dividers are still visable.
My triangle of land is county/city owned, but still be stealthy.I am hidden from view of nearest neighbor. I blend well, I am safe from the strong wind.
