* Caution:
The cache is basically placed at a safety place but please DO NOT look for the cache when weather is bad for it becomes dangerous to go to the place.
*Cache point:
The cache is located near the summit of Mt. Shirouma, Northern Alps.
More exactly speaking, the cache is located to south-southwest direction by 20 - 40 meters from the triangulation point at the summit.
Moving to south-southwest direction by 4 – 5 meters from the cache point makes ones begin to go down toward the Shirouma mountain cottage.

*Mt. Shirouma:
Mt.Shirouma is 2932 meter in height, located at the north part of Japan Northern Alps. And it is very popular among mountain climbing beginners and women for it has a very large snow valley, representing Japan and for most of alpine plants in Japan can been seen. And from the top of the mountain, you can enjoy a fantastic panorama of Mt. Tsurugi and Tateyama mountains above clouds. And the tracking course from Mt. Shirouma, Shakushi and Yari is also very popular. Needless to say, Mt. Shirouma is one of Japan’s 100 excellent mountains.

＊ キャッシュ ハイドポイント:
本キャッシュは北アルプス・白馬岳の頂上付近に設置されています。頂上の三角点からは南南西、数十メーターの位置にあります。そのポイントから南南西側４‐５メーター移動すると白馬山荘に向かって下り始めます。

＊白馬岳:
白馬岳は、北アルプス北部にある標高２９３２ｍの山で、日本を代表する雪渓と、国内の高山植物のほとんどを見ることが出来るお花畑で登山初心者や女性の憧れの山です。山頂からは雲海に浮く劔、立山連峰の大パノラマを得ることが出来ます。また、白馬岳とその南方に位置する杓子岳、鑓ヶ岳の白馬三山の縦走も人気のあるコースです。また、白馬岳は、言うまでもなく、日本百名山の一つです。
