The North Olympic Forest Park is a much quieter park than most and there tend not be great numbers of muggles everywhere, which makes for easier searching. This park is a distance away so I felt it would be great to have a number of caches to search for while there.
The caches are numbered but are not placed in that particular order in the park. So after finding number one it does not mean that the next one that is close will be number two. I had wanted to do this initially but placement of other caches prevented this. So the caches are randomly placed through out the park.
This cache type was one of my favorite finds in Canada so I have duplicated it. It is easily visible when walking by if you know what you are looking for. The cache contains only a log with no room for anything else. Please bring your own pen. The log is magnetically attached so please make sure you put it back the way you found it so that nothing is showing on the outside.
