This cache has nothing to do with Mr. Rogers, but when I picked the name I thought fondly of him.
Please don't let the placement of the cache on the map fool you. IT'S NOT INSIDE A BUILDING. There has been a complete renovation of this shopping center. In fact that is why I thought this area needed a new cache. So you'll just have to let your Geosenses and the hint guide you.
