Geocache Description:

(Traditional Cache)  All the caches in The Bug Series are winged, flying bugs .. LOOK UP! You're looking for a small "cloaked" bison tube. You won't need to remove it from where it's at, just open it, and replace it as found. DO NOT SEARCH ON THE GROUND!!!!! See note left by Navigator48 .. DO NOT SEARCH ON THE GROUND!!!!! 

Please use Stealth in this BUSY location .. you will be hidden from view while retrieving the cache, but keep an eye out for Mugglers when going in and emerging from the cache. You could easily park directly in front of it, which would block a Mugglers view. Quick P&G.
