This land is a Native Growth Protection Area located in the middle of a residential neighborhood.
When you get to the GZ, you will suddenly feel an eerie suspicion that you've crossed onto somebody's backyard. Don't worry, you're safely contained within the protected area.
If there are children playing at the GZ, I might recommend coming back another time when no one is present.
