A quick park n grab was needed in this area. After searches of caches that I could grab quick in the rain, or just to keep a streak going, I found a lack of them here so placed this one at what used to be King County's Building and Land Development (hence the name of the cache; they've moved.) The difficulty level is due to high muggle activity during the weekdays.
Parking is not a problem, it's the Muggles you must worry about! Grab this at night, or the typical time muggles don't work and the lot is all yours! This area used to be a great example of plantlife in the King County area. Check out the signs around the building, left behind by Building and Land Management, and you'll learn a lot about wetlands!
I've never had a FTF so didn't know what to leave so put an untraceable buffalo coin along with a trackables and other goodies. Please byop!
