This cache will require you to bring some supplies. You will not be able to extract the cache unless you do. You will need a six foot length of string and a ferrous metal lure. The best lure is a nut or a washer tied to the end of the string, but anything that will be attracted to a magnet will work, it just has to be smaller than a quarter.
The cache has a magnet attached to it, be sure to return it with the magnet up
