This stretch of highway definitely needed some caches because tourists travel along it on their way to the Gulf. And should any of those tourists also be Geocachers then they will be happy to scoop up a few smileys along the way. Consider this my way to personally welcome anyone from out of state to the great state of ALABAMA!
