Geocache Description:

Lidless tube container attached to a metal structure.
You will need to leave your boat (if you used one) to get the cache.
You may well get wet (I did). A boat is not required to reach the cache location.
As this is a little more involved than the normal ones in the series I have increased the D and T, though maybe its not that hard if done from land.
