A quick Park and Grab for the beautiful City of Paramount

I was driving over to my friends house and of course, had to take the opportunity to grab a cache or two.  Thanks to another cacher (see below) I was introduced to Paramount City Hall and the Hay Tree.  Nice City Hall, nice little area with a fountain - this cache isn't near the fountain though as that's a little too close to Milking the Cache Cow.  My friend Jan is a relatively new geocacher and she enjoys the game.  This is her home town and I'm placing this in honor of her, our friendship and International Geocaching day.  I forgot a pencil in the cache so BYOP. Original cache contents includes froggie, Eat, Sleep, Cache pin (suitable as FTF gift, a pin of Edmonton Canada - my home town. Enjoy the cache.
