Boots & sock's - It's steel 'round somewhere Multi-Cache

This is a 2 stage multi in Carr park in Temperance, MI. Posted coords will take you to stage 1.
You are looking for two 3 digit numbers for stage one. Once you find these numbers use your geoskills to pave your way to the final. If you get stuck see HINT for details.

Stage 2 final is well hidden and camouflaged from muggles but we think you shouldn't have a problem finding it as a cacher.

Have fun and as an additional hint, first stage can be found year round, as long as there isn't a baseball game. Final stage possibly not so much.
