Geocache Description:

The cache is a small clip box with room for a few small swaps.

The cache is situated on Bath Street in the Blythswood Hill area of Glasgow. Blythswood Hill became infamous as the home of Madeleine Smith, a young woman who in 1857 was tried for the murder of her lover Pierre Emile L'Angelier. Although the verdict was not proven the story scandalised Scottish society, and is recounted in Jack House's 1961 book Square Mile of Murder. There was a Madeleine Smith cache in Blythswood Square, although this has ow been archived.

Bath Street is now no longer a residential area, but rather filled with offices and bars.
