Welcome to Weston Dam, in the coal mining era, and the pioneering of this area Hebburn Dam (affectionatley known to the locals as Weston Dam) was the water source for the town. Please enjoy this area as I have in my childhood. There is European Carp in the dam so bring your fishing rod and see if you can beat my 2 carp I caught as a teenager.
