Up and Under (Beware of "The Hairy One") Traditional Cache

We wanted to put some in some of our favorite places and places that hold great memories within the area we live and have grown up. This is Dad's Watch. Dad works close by and wanted one here so he could keep watch on it so you need to be stealth or you may encounter "The Hairy One". Tweezers will be needed.

This cache can be a quick cache and dash if accessed from the industrail estate or can be found from The Urban Forest Park which is approximately 10 minutes on foot from Coalville Town Centre or the car park access is found off Linden Way. Wheel chair and buggy access is only from the industrail estate, both The Urban Forest Park and Nature Alive sites have steps to the footpath leading to the cache. The Urban Forest Park is worth a walk round while you're in the area especially if you have children   Formerly a landfill site the area has been transformed into an important habitat for wildlife with over 8,400 trees planted in the last decade.The site provides a circular walk with a public footpath that then leads across the railway line to the neighbouring wildlife site Nature Alive.The park provides a small piece of the countryside within an industrial area with seating, woodland planting, spring bulbs and wildflowers. Located around the site you will find six separate play stations including a basket swing, a slide, a maze and items to test out your climbing skills.
