JOE EXIT 91-E "Just Off Exit" Traditional Cache

We were out for a geocaching day, missed the turn we suppose to make on the interstate and had to turn around here to go back, thought we would check for a JOE EXIT one here and saw there was none so we decide to remedy that and we copied Zeke & George's format.  You will need to bring your own pen.

Rule 1 Joe Exit caches must be within 0.2 miles of the exit.
Rule 2 The Hint must be a dead give away to the cache location.

My "E" or "W" in the name will indicate which exit the cache is closest to. However, they are easily accessible for both east or west bound traffic. Parking will be available near all the caches. I have tried to make them all P&G, but also different from each other. Hope you enjoy the series. If you don't have time to grab all the smileys this trip, they will be ready for your return.
