Flagitious (fla jish’ эs) shamefully wicked, as persons, actions, times etc.
This is a series of caches, each unique unto itself. The caches in this series are very well hidden, they are intended to challenge your acumen and will take some time to find. There are no encrypted hints but there is a plethora of clues to be had if you read carefully. NOTE: Some caches require special tools – they are available at the cache site and are part of the challenge.
There is a cache, well-known to the locals, entitled Rocky Eh! I am one of many who have risked neck and limb trying to find it, without any success at all. I have been there at least three times, even went with the CO himself, and came up empty-handed everytime! So, I just happened to have a suitable container on hand and decided to get my revenge!
