The cache is at the published co-ordinates but, before logging a find, you must qualify by completing the following challenge.
A full Jasmer Challenge involves finding a cache that has been placed in each month of each year since Geocaching started in May 2000. Unfortunately, it isn't possible to complete this in the UK, the earliest being GCF0 Scotland's First which was placed in December 2000. Therefore, I have reduced the requirements to qualify for this challenge to having completed any 10 years since May 2000.
As it is a challenge there are some simple rules:
1. The caches can be found in any order.
2. The years do not need to be consecutive.
3. The qualifying cache can be of any type including, meets, CITO, EarthCaches, etc.
4. The caches may be located anywhere in the world.
5. You need to be able to show that you qualify preferably through your profile, an attached image or bookmarked list, etc.
6. Should you manage to do it, May to December 2000 may be included as a complete year!
Below is an example from my public profile of my qualifying grid which shows 11 completed years (one more than required) from 2002 to 2012:

The difficulty grading has been set to reflect the challenge in qualifying whilst the terrain reflects that of the location where the final cache has been placed.
If you have managed to qualify for the challenge and made the effort of reaching the cache location, I would hate for you to have to log a DNF and so as well as a hint, I am also posting a "spoiler" photograph.
This cache has been placed with the knowledge and kind permission of the Forestry Commission. When searching for this cache, please respect the FC byelaws.
