The City of Littleton provides many services for its residents. Ketring and Gallup parks and the extra features they offer are good examples.
Obey all park rules and search during daytime only.
You are looking for a micro. At least at certain times of the year, it is in plain sight (but within a very limited viewing angle), and it does blend well. So sit a spell and think about things - that will get you close.
No need to disturb the vegetation or landscaping during the search, and no need to move or reposition any rock or stone to get access to the cache. To help remove the cache from its hidey-hole, first tilt up on its thinner end.
Please watch for muggles.
