This cache will lead you to the southern terminus of the westside bypass route-something like Outer Drive, that will divert traffic heading to north Casper and I-25 away from CY Ave and Poplar St or Robertson Rd. You can see the graded area which will be the future road immediately across the road. Just got off the phone with the WYDOT PR guy who told me that it will be near the end of 2015 before this route opens up. (sigh)
