Geocache Description:

Just a little park that is in need of a cache.  Don't know why it is named after this particular person but I'm sure he did something to deserve this honor.  Take a little stroll, bring the little ones to play, or just watch the traffic go by.  Should be pretty easy.  I know some people are having difficulty finding nearby caches to keep up their August streak.  BYOP
