This cache is a mint tin containing a log, pencil and a happy face.
In 1928 Jim Cummins had dismantled the Boulder City Brewery and transported it to Merredin to form a branch brewery to the Kalgoorlie Brewing and Ice Company. Its first brew of stout was produced in 1929 by Edward Bock.
This Brewery continued to operate until the mid 1940's. It was sold to the Swan Brewing Company in February 1945 and was later shut down.
