Geocache Description:

Cedar Village & Pickerel River Boat Launch and Marina
weather you live here, or are just visiting, this is a great place to make a stop.
follow the snowmobile path for a nice walk, do some fishing, or sit on the end of one of the docks and watch all the happenings.
Friendly people, a great place to take a deep breath and drink in the beauty of nature.

Located at the fork in the road is the sign for Cedar Village, the cache, a cottage theme in a large snap shut ziplock container, is located there, should be a quick park and grab, but please feel free to make a day of your trip, there are lots of things to do here. this is an entire family cache, as our entire family, including our three dogs, comes here several times a year to escape the big city, for weeks at a time. go for a swim, drop a line off the dock, grab a cold drink, or take a walk or bike down the snowmobile trail in the off season, take a stroll along the green bridge. throw pebbles into the river, sun tan on the dock, or just about anything you can conjure up, this place is open for your imagination. please bring your pets, but be responsible and pick up after them, there are other dogs that share this property, including cabin renters, so do so at your own risk. (mean dogs are not allowed by property owners to be off leash and running a muck.) except thier dog, whom just makes alot of noise :) there is a new play structure there right off the main lot, and there are always kids around, so please bring them but drive slowly.

please close lid tightly, and return anything that could get damaged by water back into the ziplock bag.

thanks & happy hunting!!!
ps. please include in your log if you took and left something. tia!
