Geocache Description:

You're hunting for a good sized LnL with lots of goodies in a quiet park in a San Marco residential area. Great for kids and excellent for beginners. It blends well with its surroundings, but wants to be found. Afterwards, a stroll through this beautiful neighborhood is highly recommended.

A GeoCache in memory of my grandfather who recently passed. He and I visited the park often together. One of the photos I have of us together shows him teaching me how to peel a grapefruit with a pocketknife. Thus, the collective memories are now 'Grapefruit Lessons.'

The park is near his former home and I have fond memories of it as a child. The fountain you will see is something I remember vividly. I can think of no better reason to place a cache other than to share this quiet, beautiful park with others.
