100 Dwarves Multi-Cache

This cache is planned the 100th cache found by the user "thedwarves." He is currently 69 behind myself and caching up fast (bad pun)  

This cache is an attempt to be both quite difficult and in theme with the user.

This is a three-stage multicache. When you find the first stage to this cache, you will find a field puzzle. There is no physical container at this location, but you will find a plaque. This plaque will have a date on it. This date is MM/D/YYyy. yy times 22 then minus 1 is equal to aa. MM minus 2 is b. YY plus 11 is cc. D is d. The coordinates of stage two are N 37 34.aab W 122 22.ccd There you will find the second stage. Remember, everything's in theme! You will realize this when you find stage one. As tempting as it may be, do not try to reach stage three any other way than the more-effort way. You could get seriously hurt if you don't. You could get seriously hurt either way, but if you 0110001101101100011010010110110101100010 then it is less likely that you will hurt yourself. I'm trying not to hurt anyone.

Although this cache is intended to be #100 for thedwarves, it can be found by anyone!
