It's my understanding that NoBucksRanch is quite the mathemagician. This puzzle should be no match for him. With the right calculator this puzzle is a breeze. Figuring out what to calculate will be the hard part. Special bonus points to those who can solve with pencil and paper only. When you go to solve it just remember, NoBucksRanch made me do it!!
Puzzle is a duplicate of one I own in California, but I wanted to torture Oregonians as well. Good luck and happy caching!
