This cache is one of a series of puzzle caches, each one starting at a plaque honoring a specific recipient of the Nobel Peace Prize. You will have to use the photo to identify the recipient and find their plaque. This honoree is so well known, you should have no trouble. Once you’re there, look around. He is among many other distinguished recipients of the Nobel Peace Prize.

All the information you need to solve this puzzle is located at or around the sign. No homework is required, but you will have to physically go there to get the information.
The puzzle is a simple, letter-for-number format. So here goes.
The actual cache can be found at the following coordinates.
N AA° BC.DEE W FDC° BC.ACG
A = number of times the recipient’s last name appears on the plaque
B = number of times the word “dream” appears on the plaque
C = number of letters in the photographer’s name, divided by 5
D = nearest planet’s number in order of distance from the sun
E = number of letters in the last name of the sponsor
F = number of times the word “peace” appears on the plaque
G = the recipient on his left received the prize in 199_.
(OK, a little help here. Make sure you read that last one carefully. It says "his left" not "your left." If you are facing the photo, where would his left be?)
Walk, bicycle or drive to the cache. It’s maybe 1.5 miles away. When you get there, be aware of the poison oak, it is a native specie and does quite well around here. If you look in the right spot, you can see the cache and retrieve it without disturbing the ivyl or the poison oak.
Cache contains a packet of Technu, just in case, Keep your eyes open for poison oak.
